General Questions

Are emails sent from my account or yours?
Due to today's spam filtering, we send review request emails out from a customized for you, @max.reviews email address. Typically, YourCompanyName@max.reviews

However, we also set a reply email when we send them, so replies to the message should come straight to the email address you use to log into your MAX.reviews account. We also forward any messages received to your @max.reviews email address directly to you.

How many reviews can I send and request from my customers per day?
You can send up to 100 requests by email per day from your account. If you need to send more requests than that, contact us, and we'll work up a package for you.

Can I send review requests by SMS text messaging?
Not currently. If there's enough demand we may offer it in the future But be aware, there are fees to sending text messages, so we would likely add it as an option with a package of "X" number of text messages per month for a $ amount.
